Average. Our dog has favorite inexpensive toy from there that luckly seems to always be in stock. Couldn't find a worker to help with questions. Overpriced for quality of most dog items we looked at.

I come there for fish supplies. Generally the fish are kept in better condition than other stores. Also the betta selection is surprisingly good. Prices are decent and workers are friendly. Sometimes I go here cause I can't afford to go to a zoo.

I go in here to get live mice for my snakes and it should take me 5 minutes. I literally have to walk around the entire store to find someone to help me and then they take their sweet time. Takes me way longer than it should. Going to twin cities reptile from now on.

Not impressed at all. I generally like to be greeted when I enter a store. MOST Petcos are set up the same but I'm not an employee, so I really don't know where anything is. I wandered around the store for about 15 minutes looking for the cat litter and passed at least 5 employees. They just smiled and zoomed past me. I needed well over 50 lbs of litter and was unable to find a cart or an employee to help me carry the litter. The cashier never offered to help me get the items to the car. This store needs some help in the customer service department.

Good experience over all. I went in hoping to get the prices offered on the petco website matched and was successful. They didn't have the original thing i went in for though. I guess it is only available online. The store looked nice though and i didnt have to search for customer service help. I picked up some different products that might be great. Good variety of well thought out products.
