 Friendly, knowledgeable staff that is always very helpful. Great selection of high quality pet food. Only down side is they tend to be a little on the pricey side sometimes.

Great selection of dog food.  If you've got a picky pet or one that has food restrictions this is the place to shop.

Not a lot of options for bird food, but what they do have is pretty good. Could use more options for bird toys. It's tough to get a variety of stuff for pet birds without having to go to a larger chain store.
