I called to see if they had a specific product item I was in need of for my dog the man on the phone said yes they had two different size boxes of dog treats that I was looking for and when I got there, they did not have the item I was looking for. I very disappointed I had walked all the way up there to find out that the man on the phone did not even check to see if they had the item I was looking for! When I call that was very specific about what I needed he expressed me oh yes oh yes they have it got there and they did not

I shop here all the time because you are the only ones who carry the cat food that I like to get, but I came in yesterday and tried to get help with a couple things and I was not treated well. I needed to get some food but I had a couple questions and 2 employees were having a conversation. One of them was a man with long brown hair who looked at me and put up his finger at me like I was bothering him. I work in customer service and I was always taught that the customer comes first vs. co-worker conversations. He continued to ignore me for almost an entire minute so I just put my things down and left. I was very disappointed that he did that and I don't feel very welcome there any more. I just received a $5 coupon for my reward points but I think I'm going to try PetSmart next time.

Love this location.  Staff is super friendly and helpful.  They also have "meet the critters" on Saturday's from 1-4pm where kids can pet and meet the animals.
