The first day I called the woman I spoke to was AMAZING. Today I called and the woman I spoke to was so rude! I had questions about walk-ins for future reference because my dog had gone to the dog park last weekend and gotten all muddy. Consider me a lost customer. I called another groomer that advertised walk-ins. Not only was she able to tell me their policy but also direct me to someplace that has a self-serve tub! Sorry Petco, you've lost a grooming customer. My girl is not going to be groomed by someone who cannot respect their customers. She's been injured at the groomers before, won't let it happen again by someone who doesn't care. 
Update: called again on Saturday 3/4/18 and received even WORSE customer service over the phone. The woman would not let me get a single sentence in. She was telling me she would call me back but I could not say anything. I will not be returning.

When I went in to buy stuff for my new dog They were very helpful.  They gave me a nice welcome bag and booklet with coupons.  I left very happy.  But the next day when I tried to book a grooming they never called back.  When I called the next day they said I was on the list to call.  After five days I called another place and got in that day.

I am very much against caged anything meaning Birds geckos Etc. This place does have an extremely large selection of any and all of your pet needs and the prices are very fair. They have the  best prices on pet food bar non. I recently drop my dog in there just to get his nails clipped and it did a very thorough and good job

The staff here is always nice and Petco always has what I need. The remodel looks nice and makes a big difference, too!

Clean location, they just got new fish tanks. Store looks good. Offers dog classes but discriminates pit bulls. Offers Vetco every sunday which allows you to bring in your cat or dog for their nessasary shots at a cheaper price than a vet. Most employees are  nice and helpful.
