We are a fun, energetic pet shop located in Colchester, CT. off exit 16 on route 2. At the junction of route 16 and route149 next to hilltop marina. We have pet supplies for all animals, and we also have live freshwater and saltwater live fish, Coral, and live rock. We do what we love and love what we do! we can special order jiust about anything you want!

I just visited this store and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and available to help. I'm a saltwater reef hobbyist and this store was perfect for that. They had a wide variety of corals at prices from $10 up. The fish and corals looked healthy. The live rock was fairly impressive too, several even had coral on them. I walked out the store with three new corals and plan to come back. They also had a bunch of supplies, but I did not pay much attention to them. Also of note was a good selection of saltwater fish and freshwater fish. After visiting this store, I am considering re-starting my freshwater tank.

The sign is a little misleading I wouldn't go as far as they call the pet store they do have a little bit of things for other animals such as dogs and cats but primarily it's a fish store and when it comes to fish they have an excellent selection of freshwater and even salt so in my opinion should be called Colchester fish store. But if you are looking for fish or fish products this is one of the best ones around

Pretty good place mostly just for fish even though it does say pet shop they do have a couple things there for like dogs and cats but primarily Just Fish but still wow what a selection they have fresh and saltwater and all the accessories you could possibly need it's a little cramped in there is a lot of stuff in a small area but they do pretty well with it there is excellent service from really nice people that are willing to help you out and very knowledgeable if you're into fishing like to take good care of them this might be the place for you. Or even if you have a dog or cat and look for something simple such as a leash or toys for your dog or cat that have that as well but the selection isn't as big as the fish items check them out you might like them.

Great family owned shop that carries a great selection of fish, plants, Corals and inverts. They are know for specializing in Aquacultured fish and corals. Tango the Hippo Tang is a must see!

Love the staff, great deal of knowledge and experience. Family owned with two generations of experience running the store and a third generation learning to love it. Primarily (and by that I mean almost exclusively) offering fish in an acceptable variety of both fresh and salt water, it is a small shop that could offer a little more in variety. What they lack in variety though they more than make up for in understanding of thier fish, and a clean well kept store. Most of the time when you walk into a fish store you find the nearly inevitable floater, but in two times visiting here I have not seen one.
