My family had our 4 lb Maltese in for a grooming with a male groomer.  I went a little early to pick up my dog.  He was still being groomed when I arrived.  The groomer was being very aggressive with my dog.  I went to a manager and they gave visit for free. I was not the only witness to this incident.  My daughter decided to take our fur baby back but try a different groomer. She was told we can no longer take our  dog back because he was aggressive.  Incidentally the male groomer still works there. I called a manager and she state I don't understand what it is you want.  I didn't think it was that hard to understand.  They documented that my dog was aggressive when he had never had a problem getting groomed.  I personally saw that the groomer was aggressive with my dog  and he still works there. I had a witness that I didn't know come with me to talk to the manager. And lastly my daughter thought she would give them another chance and she was turned away stating our dog was the problem.  
If you care about your fur baby at all do not get your animal groomed here.  They will protect their worker ahead of your fur baby.

We take our Berniedoodle here for grooming. Megan does a great job with him and mom's 2 puppies. Always very friendly and genuinely cares about our pets and how the family is doing. I'd recommend Megan to anyone that wants a great job done. Thank you Megan for all you do!!!!

Love the PetCo grooming salon. Both our dogs are treated professional, with kindness. My dog is eager to go and quickly goes to her assigned spot!
