I hate the extremly long reciepts
that they always give when you buy something. I hate that my town where I live has three pet smarts but only one, the one far away on the rich area of town sells prescription diet pet food.
I have to go along way just to buy my pet her food. I hate how I NEVER save money on pet bird supplies and that you no longer sell most of the food my pet bird was used to eating since I brought him at pet smart 10 years ago. I hate the long lines and the fact that your workers are not trained on everything they need to know. I also hate how everything pertains to dogs.
I hardly ever save o. My cat and never sa e on my bird. But if I had a  dog there is a sell every day.

I am genuinely shocked at how rude the saleswoman  was I talked to at this location. This was my first and last stop to this store. I'll take my business elsewhere next time I need pet supplies.

So many beautiful fish, but unfortunately their lack of care is obvious. There are so many diseased or dying fish. Please learn to care for the fish here.

I have come here a few times and every time their bettas have been sick with a few dead ones sitting at the back of the shelf. We bought one poor one with swim bladder, and just bought another with fin rot. Today I saw multiple woth fin rot and another dead one. I'm not sure if they care for their bettas at all. It's really sad to walk in and see the condition they're all in. We can only buy so many. These little guys and gals need treated. I've gone to other PetSmarts and haven't seen anything near as bad. I understand that it's a smaller branch and they might not have much staff, but there is no excuse for selling sick fish. I hope the people buying understand what kind of condition they're in. Fish are still pets, they need care. They're not something you can just shove in a vase or small tank and forget about. Do your research. Help these bettas.

We have gone multiple times to get our dog's nails trimmed and the grooming department closes early with just a sign on the door. Very upsetting since we drive 15-20 mins to get there. If I go back again I will always call first.
