I've been getting my Anna groomed here for years and they've always been so great at fitting us in and going above and beyond when I bring her in for "the works". She's a big dog (short hair but a lot of it) and last visit they brushed her for an extra half hour without me asking! They're always good to us and very patient with our 90lb "baby".

I recently bought two goldfish from here. They both looked kinda sick from the get go but I figured that they just needed time to  adjust. Now it's been about a month and they are still acting funny and are basically dying. There are no physical signs of a disease ( for example dropseys ) but these fish are swimming on their sides and refusing to eat. It's not like I don't take care of them either I've  partially changed their tank once every week and two days ago did a full clean, I feed them two- three time a day, and have a good working filter. Not only that but the two men I spoke to before  purchasing the fish told me all the fish were very healthy and even made me buy a PH test kit ( which the ph levels in my tank water were perfect for goldfish ). This is something that I'm very upset about and I definitely would not 
recommend buying fish from this store.

I've heard horror stories about the grooming parlor but I've never brought my pet in so didn't witness myself. Also heard that when buying a pet some petcos NOT saying this petco does give out wrong information if you ask about the foliage for the reptiles they are just basically telling you what they think not what really you need to have if you are buying a pet. I am rating 5 stars I havs only bought a hamster here (he lived 5 years) and I've bought fish here that last a lot longer than buying elsewhere. As far as my knowledge the tanks are really clean and the pet's in this store are well taken care of. I buy supplies for my 3 Cat's here and my bearded dragon and have always been treated kindly by the worker's☺😊
