Love getting my furry baby groomed here. They do a great job. She is older and cranky, but they get her pretty.

Puppy and doggie supplies are SUPER expensive at this store, so why do they hire unknowledgeable and rude salespeople.  The lady who works the front counter stays in the back so you wait 30 minutes on someone to show up to ring up your purchase.  The male manager guy is suspect of you when you try to return a product or ask for a product they consider beneath them (Kibble), the new salespeople don't know how to do anything and the experienced sales lady is not sure how to do anything even though she has worked at the store forever.  I wouldn't be surprised if they were the next retail establishment to file bankruptcy.  Petsmart's staff is much nicer and they have a better selection of collars than Petco.

Very friendly and helpful. I needed live rats for feeding my pythons and I couldn't find them anywhere else.  Pet smart asked too many questions and won't sell live rats for feeding.  Thanks for the help Pet Co

Great helpful staff. Good supply of fish and other aquatics. 

The guy working in the fish area was super knowledgeable and passionate about fish things and care. 

Clean, easy to navigate.
