I live in Woodland but drive to W. Sac rather than Davis because the store personnel are so wonderful. They're excited to see us, they spoil my dog with treats & attention, they assist me when I need it. I've tried the Davis store a couple of times . . . Night and day!

The females who work there are SO RUDE. The nerdy looking one with glasses gave me attitude and sarcasticness with every question I asked her about her store. And the one with a gap is rude and thinks she's better than everyone who ask for her help. Not polite at all.

LOVE this store!!! It's so close to home, and the customer service here is always amazing. I always enjoy coming here and usually end up spending more time here than I meant to, but in a good way.

Went to get my dogs nails trimmed, ears cleaned teeth cleaned and coat brushed 20 minutes later they said my dog didn't want his nails cut so they didn't do them they didn't clean his teeth and said they couldn't brush his coat to long because they thought his  arthritis was  bothering him  but they still charged me for the whole treatment
