They have a wide variety of supplies. Not as large as the big chain retailers, but they have a good variety.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to help you find a particular product or to find a product not on the shelf. These are a group of people who appear to love their job.  I love the selections for my dog. It isn't overwhelming and it appears Specks doesn't just stock everything, but takes special consideration to what they put on their selves for their customers.  I am a fan of Specks!!!

I've shopped for pet supplies for several years now on my way home from work, and the staff is Always very helpful and friendly; I really appreciate that at the end of a long work day!
