I would like to compliment the Manager, Jacob for his excellent customer service that he provides us as new customers.  Jacob is always a phone call away for our pet questions and needs.  We are very pleased with the service we receive at Specks.  However, Jacob's professionalism and ability to respond to our needs so quickly has exceeded our expectations.  He is an asset to your store and is part of the reason we will continue to spend our money there in the future.

The manager Jacob is knowledgeable and friendly. He strives to make his shop the best. He has great tips as well as knowing exactly what will be best for your pet,i travel 45 minutes just to go to his stire

Love this store. Small and locally owned. There is always helpful staff ready to help you and they often carry brands you cannot find elsewhere.
