Sweet pet rats.. on left is a "dumbo" the ears are set low. On right a Blu fancy I think. Ears up. Rats are clean smart almost dog-like in mind..and no great for a small space. Perfect for travel.. ♡♡

Horrible experience. I sat with my children for 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone and all employees completely ignored us. Customers that arrived after us had been helped quickly and were placed in a cubicle with their puppy of choice. This is my second bad experience with the customer service here and I will be purchasing our family pup from someone who takes the time to acknowledge my presence.

Called and asked about something specific. Feeder guppies not feeder platys. I was VERY specific. Person assured me they had them a few times so I set out on my 30 minute drive to pick up my guppies. They had none and had feeder platys, was told they are the same thing and basically sorry about your luck. I asked who had told me they had the guppies because I wanted to see who had told me a blatant lie and they just shrugged. No one knew, no one cared. O yea and they get their dogs from mills, so there's that. Staff knows little about what they are dealing in. Just best to avoid, petsmart is down the street.

I love this place! Puppies are so much fun to play with. Staff is so friendly. My dog loves coming in and picking out toys. We really enjoy our trips here!

I can't stress enough how bad this place is. Got a puppy here on a Friday and they "gave me a great deal" because she was just at 4 months old. The staff member who sold her to me told me that she'd had a cold but the vet had just the day before certified her well. She didn't lie, but the vet did - I have the paperwork and it says just what the salesperson said. Overnight, she started coughing, so I called my vet the next morning. Over the next two weeks, we figured out that she had kennel cough AND a liver shunt. Guys, Petland told me MY vet knows nothing and that THEIR vet is the only vet that can determine these things. Then they hung up on me. I gave up trying to get Petland to do anything other than take her back and euthanize her and started concentrating on getting her well. And she is well. Thousands of dollars and two trips to Auburn University's Small Animal Clinic later, she is fine. 

By the way, the paperwork that comes with your new puppy has the name of the breeder on it. Google that name. I did, and my breeder was on a list of the worst 100 breeders in the United States. There is a reason that you only get the name of the breeder after you've paid for the puppy.
