All the fish we bought die right away. Thus is the 5th time. We are done! There is somethibg wrong with there fish. We bought our 600.00 tank there. They make you bring all dead fish back. What kind of trauma are they trying to cause my children. GO TO PETLAND. THIS IS A BAD PETSMART.

This review is about the grooming salon, not the store. The store is great but the grooming salon sucks! I took my dog in for a nail trim several months ago and I noticed that they didn't clip all of his nails and the ones they did were poorly done. I decided to give them a chance again today anyway and I wish I hadn't because I ended up losing an hour of my weekend for nothing. I called first to make sure I didn't need an appointment, the girl said no and proceeded to check if my dog's vaccinations were still on their records from my previous visit. She had someone else do this for her and this other person sounded bitter and angry at life on the phone but I headed their way once she said I was clear to come in. By the way, I was able to identify who this person was as she was angrily shaving this poor dog when I walked in and also heard and saw how annoyed she was while explaining what one of their bath packages includes to a customer on the phone. Continuing with my story, when I got to the store they told me I'd have to wait around 30 minutes to be helped and that I could wait in the store or they could call my phone when they were ready for my pup. I said I'd prefer to get a phone call and even made sure they had my correct number on file. This was at 3:07 and I waited until way passed 4 in the store but I decided to leave since my dog was getting restless and I can get better service somehwere else. It is currently 9:42 pm and I never received a phone call like I was told I would and I was never called through the intercom while I was in the store. Never using them again. The store is okay but the grooming salon is incompetent.

Customer service aka soft skills lacking at this location. I asked an employee who was passing me in an aisle if she could tell where to find a product? Her response I'm on break look somewhere over there, points to front of store. I left. Ordered the product from Amazon.

Dr. S and the staff are great. They are helping us to adjust to the Florida problems that effect our fur babies... Thank you.
