I've been using Cain's for about 6 or 7 years for boarding and they've been absolutely fantastic. I couldn't possibly pick a better place for my sweet little boy, Jack. They take such good care of him and they even send me text message pictures and updates so I don't have to worry about how he's doing while we are out of town. The whole staff is amazing and so polite, courteous and extremely professional. Awesome job guys. I'll certainly send everyone I know your way!

I had a bad experience with another local boarder. I had never boarded before and was terrified to do it again. Caine's Dog House restored my faith in boarding. Hondo had a blast and they were so great!

Well, surprised to say the least. I have been happy with this place for months for grooming and their daycare. I asked a lot of questions about the daycare because I want my dog to play during the day and not get put in a kennel as some places do. Every morning I brought him, I called first to make sure there were dogs for him to play with in daycare. On days I wanted him to get a bath, I asked if they could do it at the end of the day before I picked him up, so he would be able to play all day. They always told me, no problem. I always picked him up around 6:00 when they close. However, on this day, I called to verify again and was told, the techs that bath go home early and they bath them around 1:00. That isn't what they lead me to believe before. While they claim he was put back in daycare, I find it hard to believe them now. It may just be poor communication, but as their customer, I deserve honesty since I am paying them for their services. My pet is like my child and I asked many questions regarding services that are important to me for him. My love for my dog is to make sure he is playing and socializing because it makes him so happy. This is not a bad place for grooming, but they could work on how they communicate with their customers regarding their daycare services. They told me that my end of the day isn't the same as their end of the day. WOW!

I love leaving little Winston here during the weekend. He's always a handful and sometimes needs to get his energy out in one form or another. The good thing is that when we pick him up, he just sleeps all day!
