For some reason it wouldn’t let me respond to your previous comment Staci. The store manager tried to contact us about the puppy? That is a lie. I’ve called asking for the store manager, Olivia, & she is always conveniently “out running errands”. Not only me, but my sister & dad too have all called & have gotten the same answer.
Also I have called to talk to the store owner, Staci Williams. We have even emailed you, & no reply. So still a zero star from me & a clear warning to any future customers in your establishment. Also how come your petland website you display only 5 star ratings? I have entered a one star review about 20 times & nothing has happened, seems pretty biased & false advertising.

I purchased a dog about 2 months ago from here. I feel like I was not treated fairly and pushed off to different employees the second I questioned spending so much on a dog and the dog I wanted being on sale.  I ended up having to spend almost 9 hours in the store for the whole process to be completed. I fell in love with the dog but I almost walked out because of the lack of support. I had never had a puppy before and tried to ask questions but I was looked at like I was being a waste of their time.

Great staff, Stan was who help us at the store. He was very helpful and attentive. Explain everything throughly! We are so ready to spend time with our fur baby!

We called before hand and got an appointment set up for the same day with a counselor. Our counselor was Keegan and he helped us from start to finish with getting the puppy for us to bond with before making a decision to helping us with paperwork. We were also told upfront about life time warranty for our dog we purchased (an English Bulldog) and were able to get a bunch of stuff with the warranty to include free food, toys, and products. If you plan on purchasing here I would personally ask for Keegan and make sure you ask all questions and don’t just shake your head yes when you are making a life decision like getting an animal of any kind. They will provide you with what you need all you have to do is ask. Our Bulldog also came with certified breeders paperwork and I looked into where she cane from with the address provided and she did not come from a puppy mill.

Bought a beautiful little Chinese Crested at Petland in Topeka and had an awesome experience!  The store is clean, puppies are happy and healthy and it was just great.  Jordan and Keegan were super helpful and I would definitely return whenever I’m out this way!
