This is a typical big box pet store. It has all the standard brands and gadgets. I personally would never pay so much for pet supplies-- I'm far too poor for these prices -- but I stopped by to get some food for my stepson's cats, so got to check it out. The store is clean and well stocked. I didn't see anyone to help me find what I needed, though, and when I got to the checkout line, the guy at the resister was slower than cold molasses. What should have been a 5 minute stop took upwards of 20 minutes. At least there were cute puppies to distract me from my frustration.

bought a turtle from here. found out it had a shell fungus a couple days later. they overcrowd the turtles with little water for being water animals and small tanks. it’s unhealthy and makes the poor animals sick!! don’t recommend.

The staff is always friendly. The store is clean. They tend to have the best deal on dog food.

We purchased a bearded dragon from PetSmart. The two ladies that helped me we wonderful. They also matched a sale price from their website that saved me $15.
