First of all, if you have a new addition to your family who isn't human, you should really consider getting pet insurance! You truly never know what can happen, just as with humans. With my new puppy, I'm so thankful to the awesome people at Petplan. She ended up having a costly accident shortly after I got her insured in April 2017. At such a young age, accidents can be quite scary. Petplan worked through all the paperwork, updating as they received updates. As I had questions, I used their great chat system online when I couldn't be at a phone, and they had a great method of keeping all I chatted with in the loop. This prevented frustration. Soon enough, I was reimbursed, and my puppy was recovering well. She is fully recovered now, and I had to take a moment to really put the word out there: get pet insurance, and try Petplan! The other great thing is that you get their cute and informative Fetch magazine. It's a fun way towards preventative care by way of educating customers. This shows great care and foresight on their part. I couldn't be happier with this insurance plan and highly recommend it. Thank you, Petplan!

I have had an excellent experience with PetPlan. Gina has been an excellent resource and has helped answer all of my questions. Cannot say enough great things about PetPlan or Gina!!!

I have had PetPlan insurance for my dogs for many years. I have found that when my dogs have been very sick PetPlan has paid my claims quickly and fully. The employees are very friendly and professional. I am VERY pleased with my experience with them over the years.

I've had 2 large dogs covered by Petplan for the past 7 years. I've had 2 claims in that time and I cannot express how easy the process is. This is not a typical "insurance" company when you compare your experiences of auto or home and the lack of service. Petplan has been there for me, been a great partner, and helped remove unexpected costs for me. They have made me a lifetime customer and I could not be happier with them. I have referred many friends to them and will continue to. To anyone with concerns about cost I find it very reasonable and any yearly increases are consummate with other insurance policies.

Honestly, i'm blown away by the representative/customer relationship this company offers. We've held a policy with PetPlan for almost two years and have nothing but EXCELLENT experiences the entire time (claims made and paid extremely fast). I actually called them to discuss our policy before our renewal today... at 10:30pm... Would you believe I got probably the most friendly and helpful human on the plant. Nick B. was more than helpful in answering my questions and had a genuine concern for the well-being of my gun dog Bailey. I guess this is why they're one of the best in the industry and the reason i'll be a customer for years to come. Thanks Petplan!
