They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door but it seemed forced apposed to happy to see me because I was bringing them business which in turn would pay their bills. I had a return and Rep did assist me in a professional pleasant manner but I am irritated everything I go there by how slow their computers and point of sale system is it truly holds them back from providing faster service they are at the mercy of them computers which boils down to quality of customer service. One more thing, the last  time I came to purchase a up grade they had a very limited selection of what's actually in Stock, they don't sell batteries, and I was assisted by a trainee and they pretty much left him out to dry and me to suffer. Time is very important to everyone and I knew he was training so I was beyond patient but was disappointed by the lack of assistance by his colleagues and superiors. I only came those two time due to convince to my house.

They're very professional @ what they do..always smiling & takes their time 2 help u with whatever problem u have with your phone. Also they greet u once u enter the store which is great because some phone stores barely do that..T-Mobile is the best!

If I could give zero stars for this location, I would. They are horrible! They make snide comments when you get through the door, they look at you as though you shouldn't be coming into the store at all. They genuinely look like they wanna just stand around idle all day and get paid. They are misinformed, rude, snobby... I don't even understand how these people have the jobs they do. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. Please, if you don't want to feel belittled and unappreciated, go the greenbelt location.

I wish I can give zero stars. Horrible experience. All they do is lie and broke promises. Go to the one in Greenbelt you will be better off.

This is the worst tmobile store that I have ever been, they cannot do a simple thing they have to ask every employee to see if anybody can help out .. time had to wait for so long and they still couldn't do what I need it
