Low quality products in general, terrible selection of pet food with zero high quality brands. Most of the pets they offer are kept in, not terrible, but far from great, conditions. Years ago I bought a few pet rats from them, only to find they all had mites (or some sort of skin parasite)--not a severe case, but all the same. Decent for some basic things like collars, leashes, toys.

I’ve been getting my dog serviced here for about 2 1/2 to 3 years now and I’m familiar with just about all the groomers (not so much the pet bathers because I see new ones all the time.) But I came in last week and had my dog serviced by a new pet bather named Christy and she was amazing! Even when I spoke to her on the phone she was so polite and didn’t treat me like a burden like the other girls I have been putting up with the past few years. I watched her for a bit while she trimmed his nails and she was so so gentle and didn’t force him like I’ve seen all the others do. Which I thought was normal, but didn’t feel right, but never said anything! From now on I will ONLY have her service my dog. Unfortunately she can’t groom yet but she can do everything else. If you’re going to get your dog serviced here please ask for CHRISTY. She’ll actually treat your dog right. I feel reassured about bringing my dog here now.

We had a situation where My elderly Mother was in Las Vegas alone, with her Dog. She hurt her back and was unable to get out of the room and her Dog needed certain things. We contacted the store manager, John Rubino, this man, took our order over the phone, and after work... delivered what my mom needed to her hotel! He went over and above his job duties and was a life saver for our Mom & her dog. Thank you John, for having real compassion for her situation and for helping out of the kindness of your heart. You've proved there truly are GOOD PEOPLE in this world. If we lived in Las Vegas, your store would get all of our business!!

Groomed my dog here for 5 years. Today when I called they refused to give him an appointment. They said he has been red flagged because his legs shake when they groom him. Mind you, they said nothing after his last groom. All that time we did the "Top Dog" service, but no customer loyalty whatsoever from these people. It's an absolute insult to be treated this way after so many years of loyal patronage. So feel free to groom here if you want, but don't expect any decency when your dog ages.....
