Since day 1, I have been treated nice.  I just started the saltwater aquarium experience and Employee Ty walked me around, listened, and offered advice on cycling and getting started.  Been going there now for supplies and every time I enter if employee is clear they have focused on my needs.  Every visit the same women that is always there at the counter has been nice and helpful.  When TY is there he helps me out.  Over all, so far this little shop I have to give it an A+.  Great help and customer service.

Smaller bit fantastic store. Great customer service. Very clean. The staff seem to really love these animals and have creating a good community of reefers and reptile lovers.

I am a small business owner so I believe in doing business with brick and mortar small businesses, so I drive all the way from Kingman, AZ to buy feeder rats for my boa. 3 hour round trip. At first the feeders were the correct weight and length for jumbo rats, 9" to 11". The last time I went there the young girl in the back made me wait 15 minutes before helping me, she was chatting with a friend and when I tried to interrupt she told me I needed to hold on. To top it off when I got home and opened the bag of rats I noticed they were really small, 6" to 7" to be exact. I contacted the woman that owned the store about these issues; I first said something about the girl being rude to me. The woman that owned the store was like okay...what do you want me to do about it? REALLY!? If one of my employees was rude to a customer I would reprimand them! I didn't tell her that. Then I went on to tell her she charged me jumbo rat prices and I got large rats. (Huge Price Difference)She told me her supplier sent her smaller rats at jumbo prices, and there wasn’t anything she could do. I asked her if she would give me a discount on my next purchase, and she said no. So they lost my business to an internet supplier that gets it right. Not to mention the prices are cheaper and I do not have to spend gas and time driving to Henderson. My wife and I liked her husband and we were going to ask him if he could build a large saltwater tank for us, unfortunate.

I bought a ball python here last month and have been back several times for feeders and supplies. Staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and very reasonable prices for everything.
