It is a small store, but it has improved over the years, they now offer better quality foods and the staff are pleasent.  My biggest complaint would be that they never have any carts as they are usually out in the parking lot.

I love this Petco and the employees. Ever since I've been coming here, employees have always been kind and helpful to both my husband and I even getting to know our names and our dogs names! Unfortunately, I will be moving out of the area and I will miss coming to this Petco. I also love the huge variety of dog foods and treats and how knowledgeable employees are about products.Thank you  for all your help and for always going above and beyond. :)

Clean, well stocked aisles and friendly employees. Lots of live animals. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because one of the guinea pigs was sneezing and had runny eyes - obviously sick and when I brought it to their attention, they didn't isolate it from the other guinea pigs. They instead tried to convince me that it wasn't ill and that was normal.

I have never given a bad star on anything, today I made an exception! I got up early with my family to take my dog to get groomed at this particular store because there is no Petco's near us in Surprise. We get there and the lady says that we are there to give our dog a bath. We kindly stated that we scheduled the full groomimg and the lady acted as if we were wrong. Then she stated that he could not get cut any lower and that he looked low already. Clearly my dog has not been cut in months and we knew that he could be cut lower. I understand people make mistakes, but to mess with my time and make it seem as if it was our faults, you lost service and I will let others know to avoid this place.
