Very great place to get a bird! My wife and I wanted a friend for our Rosella parakeet, so we decided to go to PetSmart to get a bird. They only had small parakeets when we went, but they all seemed like good birds. We got a white one and the employee clipped the wings, handed the bird over in a small cardboard carrier, and we were off. The whole process didn't take more than 10 mins. Would recommend for anyone looking for a bird. The 14 day return policy is nice too!

We had a great experience with Alex and his puppy training class. He has experience with pretty much every dog species on this planet and helped us according to our dog’s species and her personality. And we would get a new product every evening after class, enjoying their great deals!

This Pet Smart is great. We had an issue with our tortoise and one of the staff members (Barbie) was so considerate and helpful. She took care of us and made sure we were happy with the store’s customer service.

It was very busy and all the employees were running around tirelessly attending to everyone's needs. It was great! Everyone was completely nice and happy and I had a FABULOUS experience.

I love it here, I buy pet SUPPLIES here not pets. Their supplies are cheap, but effective and if you have a rewards card it's even cheaper
