I got my fish from here, and they had ick.  They did have a tank full of fish that already had it, but they said the fish I got were going to be fine.  I have a large thirty gallon nice tank at home and am experienced with fish, but only two of the five fish survived after a month.  The two I have now are living fine after a few months and were never sick, but I was definatelly disappointed.

I adopted my cat from this location and the sweet girl who helped us walked us through every step even giving recommendations on supplies that fitted our tight budget. Amazing customer service when it came both to the cat adoption process and at the register with the young man kindly and patiently helping us sort through our unorganized coupons.

Lady was very rude on the phone to me when I asked about the animal hospital and it’s services. I was willing to drive  from orem to this location to be seen quickly with my puppy but then decided against it because of her short, snappy and unenthusiastic responses on the phone with me.

Once or twice a year I'll go in to get some new fish... often it all goes without a problem, but sometimes you get that employee who seems to want to either wow you with their fish-knowledge, or at least guilt you out of buying anything... they look you up and down like you're some sort of animal abuser and ask suspicious questions- "How big is your aquarium? What do you have in it?" For the record, my aquarium is 150 gallons, you could baptize a human in it. I've had it for 17 years with a single filter and never completely changed the water... I usually have about 20 simple tropical fish in it... no cichlids. Some of my fish have lived almost 10 years. So I get annoyed when I'm getting the stink-eye from some young person and their lectures, especially when they're standing in front of a row of overstocked and very mixed,  tiny aquariums... there's always a dead fish or two in most of them. And what about that aquarium with hundreds of feeder goldfish... you stock those because they're all going to be pets, right? The truth is I'm doing a favor for any fish I carry out of your place.
No, I don't need your lectures, Petsmart. From now on I'm just going to tell you that my aquarium is 100,000 gallons, and its full of crocodiles and piranas, so suck it up and sell me a fish.
