It was about an hour before closing when I entered the store. One register was open and customers were about 5 deep. Quickly found what I needed and went to checkout. There was still just one register open and the line had grown by 3. The lady checking out had a heaped buggy. Everyone stood patiently waiting while she was being rung up. When the clerk finished the customer handed her a pile of coupons and the matchup began. The clerk had to match the coupons to the products she had rang up while the line continued to grow. I stood in line about 10 minutes before another clerk came and opened another lane. When it was my turn I noticed a good sized sign on the register limiting the number of the coupons. I asked clerk about how much the coupon customers order was and she said @ $15. Then I asked, Why did they let her use so many coupons when there was a limit? (she used at least 15 to 18 coupons) Sign said limit of 3 coupons, when asked why she was allowed to use so many coupons, employee said she only had three of each kind of coupon. Policy needs to be better explained.

this is a great place to shop for all your pet needs. You can even bring our pet in the store with you. I like they work with the local AARF with pet adoptions.

Prices are great. Store is very clean and organized, but selection of pets are unchanging. Over all good, just wish they had more variety as far as fish and reptiles.

I like shopping at the Ashland Pet Smart because it is clean and most of the employees are friendly. Have not tried their grooming or training service but they are the only ones that sell Pro Plan Dog Food.
