I find it rather incredible how they can hire so many employees with zero personality and couldn’t hold a conversation to save their lives. It’s hello goodbye not exactly helpful when dealing with a dog fresh out of surgery and need help and have questions. They seem as if they don’t care at all to be there. It would be one thing if it were a single employee. But It’s more than 3 girls now that are extremely rude. I have worked retail for 15 years. you can tell from a mile away everyone in this store is miserable. Never going here again.

They do have a decent selection for cats and dogs, but that's pretty much it. Would get a better rating if the staff were nice. The few times I've been in there, they are short tempered, snarky and rude.

They have a good selection for dogs and cats,  however their fish section is kind of small and the fish they offer is limited to male bettas only. Would like to see some other fishes offered.

Great shopping experience on a local level. Plenty of choice for dog food, treats, beds, etc. at a mostly reasonable price. Store seems to have lack of staffing to provide help to customers as there was only one person working on several occasions when I have visited. The groomer was friendly, outgoing and informative regarding the care and nutrition that could improve the quality of my dog's coat. She did a great job grooming him as well. This is a great store for everything related to pets!

Great selection and prices. Just moved here and it's difficult to find toys for my dog that he doesn't destroy immediately (No matter where we live). Petsense had lots of choices for bigger dogs with powerful jaws
