I will never go back to this location or use Petsmart groomers ever again. My Australian Shepherd has gotten his nails clipped and used by grinders before and never had an issue other than being nervous. The girl at the front was extremely rough with my dog pulling him into the back when it was obvious he was very nervous to go back. She finally got him on the table and the nervousness was very apparent. She turned her back from him and he fell off the table, being choked by the not one but two straps they had around his neck and his collar he came in with. While my dog is barking and crying the lady stood there and stared at my dog while he was in tremendous pain. Finally someone else came over to help him and another groomer told me to get him sedated. This was extremely traumatic for my dog and for me to watch my dog being hung there helpless while the idiot groomer stood there staring at him. I immediately found the manager and as he was apologetic, there is absolutely NO excuse for this situation to have ever happened.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have and give great advice when helping me pick things out, especially in regards to food. The grooming department is the same way. I adopted a small dog from the shelter and before she was even set up as a client they helped direct me to what grooming tools I would need for her and how to help her with her coat. This was months ago. Once her coat was healed and she was ready for her first grooming appointment this weekend, Sydney listened to what I needed, helped me pick the right length and made her cuter than I could imagine. It's a great community.

Shopping online is so much more affordable I got what I needed but I couldn't believe how expensive it was I should have ordered it online sooner

My family and I always enjoy going to PetSmart. My granddaughter loves to look at the different animals and fish displayed. We buy our dog food and our bearded dragon food there also. We recently bought a flea product and will b trying it out. A few months ago actually adopted a 2 year old dog at PetSmart from Pet Resources. They called her Peanut but we renamed her to Pepper. She's been a great addition to our family. Thank you PetSmart.
