We purchased our Akita from here and he was 4 months at the time of purchase.  He was healthy and lived a long life.  We have visited the store many times over the last 15 years.  The owners do a overall good job but over the years allot of the young girls working there are more interested in playing with their phones than taking care of customers and the puppies.  You can tell some of them are dedicated to the dogs and some aren't.  Quite a few times some of the puppies were sick and these young girls didn't have a clue,  the owners should be present more often.  Overall  it's a decent place. Even with some of the (young) inexperienced employees working there the puppies seem to be good quality and happy to see you.

I never have any issues with the Brandon or Largo locations but every time I visit this store I'm greeted by a few girls usually standing around talking amongst themselves and that's about all. Literally every cage is shut closed except for 3 or 4. When I ask to see a certain dog I drove 45 minutes to come and check out I'm told no with an eye roll and a huff. This didn't just happen once this week, but twice. I will no longer visit this location. I'll drive even further to one of their other stores where asking to hold a puppy isn't a burden to the employees and where the employees actually talk to you about some of the puppy's they are trying to adopt.

Supporting this establishment = supporting puppy mills. 
PLEASE think before you give this place your business. Adopting from a shelter not only saves lives, but it also cuts down on the puppy mill population and abuse.

Won't let in people under 18. After I learned that I went with my mom and sister and they wouldn't let us in because you need a 1:1 ratio of adults to kids. Unbelievable.

I'm not a big fan of animals, but my girlfriend loves dogs so it's a cute little place to make her happy
