Today was my first time with this groomer and I was very disappointed. My boyfriend and I went into the salon with our dog and said "one of us likes shorter hair and one of us likes longer hair, so can we please find a happy medium"....When we picked up our dog her hair was buzzed so short that we didn't even recognize her. The groomer did not follow our instructions to find a happy medium nor did she call to ask if she could cut off all of her hair before she proceeded to do so. I almost cried when she handed her to me because all of her beautiful long hair was gone. We are new to the area and this is the first time a groomer has ever taken what we said and done the opposite. This cut is 100% wrong. However, our dog doesn't seem to be bothered the shorter haircut and according to the groomer it will help with her allergies, so lets hope she is right.

After moving into the area, I went to Earthwise to purchase food for my two Miniature Schnauzers. The staff offered several different high quality choices and pro VB used samples.

Fairly recently my dogs stopped eating their food after opening a new bag. When I informed the staff at Earthwise they showed me some other choices again providing samples and offered to give me full credit for the bag I purchased.

I also use Earthwise to groom my dogs, one which is stripped. While not many groomers have the skills to strip Miniature Schnauzers, Earthwise does an exceptional job. My dogs look incredible when they get home from grooming.

I have two 🐱 s that I have taken here to get a lion cut they did a wonderful job chestean did the cuts on both,  she does a wonderful job and I recommend this place highly . Give them a try you'll be very surprised

They do a great good and treat my boy well.  We are very protective of our Pug Barney and this is the only place I have ever felt comfortable dropping him off and running errors.

I was referred here by Dr. Katie at Veterinary center at Fishhawk. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be able to work with Mark and Allison to get my dogs bathing and grooming done all while making sure he was comfortable and at ease. He's a American Staffordshire terrier and he's very hard to be bathe at my home so being able to have all of the supplies and services there as well as take advantage of the $10 wash Wednesdays made it that much better!
