Went there looking to upgrade my phone, walked in behide a lady someone helped her but not me. While the manger and team member played on their phones. I was being patient still no help tell I asked the manger himself are you working?  He said yah and told someone else to work with me like seriously... This store just lazy and customer service use to be great not anymore

Visited the store with an iPhone issue. Ralph was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced the sim card and had me on my way quickly. Good store.

Curious, friendly staff. I needed to know more about what I needed for future switch of numbers, wish staff would have explained more about it to me.

Reps are on their toes here.  We have been to the store twice and greeted within seconds of entering.  I'm leaving a review because of Andrew.  He was super courteous and we always felt like he was genuinely interested to help us figure out what we were looking for.  I especially want to make note that getting us set up with a plan, phones and out the door took well over an hour BUT he never once made us feel like we were a burden - especially when our previous accounts weren't transferring over smoothly.  Thanks for hanging in there with us!  We hope your wife's pot pie was delicious!  :)  New customers here, but so far so good.  Thanks!
