Great experience! Charles was friendly and VERY helpful! He was able to answer questions and provide some suggestions based on his own experiences. He took plenty of time patiently helping me decide on some flea medicine, and as a first time cat owner I was uncertain about food and treats but he helped me figure out the right choice and my kitty is happy! He also provided some reading material about pet ownership that had several coupons I used immediately! He signed me up for the points system too! The store is clean, large and well-stocked and well-lit. The tanks are clean and the fish seem healthy as do the ferrets! I would suggest this location to any pet owner!

I really like his pet store. They're super friendly and helpful. We take our cat and dog years for nail trimming. You can even get your rabies shots here!

Chevy does a wonderful job for my boxer Chloe. It is a great place to have your dog groomed. My only real complaint is that no one is really responsible for the phone. They need a designated receptionist. Someone to make and change appointments for both grooming and vet.

The employees of this place are only attentive if you are in the store for fifteen minutes and request to be helped.  They know almost nothing about their freshwater or saltwater fish. I basically feel avoided. They don't carry basic supplies for fish owners and I feel mocked when I ask basic questions.
