Story

Charm City Puppies wants to change the way you think about puppy stores. Upon entering Charm City Puppies, you will immediately notice the difference. We are not your typical pet store; our adorable puppies romp and play in open baby cribs. We have found that because of this our puppies are very well socialized. We work hand-in-hand with our local state-of-the art veterinarian and take over-the-top precautions to ensure the health of our puppies. Our dog boutique offers toys, clothing, treats, and dog and puppy accessories that you cannot find at most pet shops. Best of all, we are family owned and operated, and our knowledgeable staff will gladly help you find the perfect puppy to match you and your family. We offer a diverse selection of large breed puppies, small breed puppies, and designer puppies. We stand by the health of each and every one of our cute puppies.

Awesome place loving employees. They have informed information and paperwork on all their dogs. Clean environment. They clean up after dogs immediately it's always booming with people they can't keep the dogs long. Great place to buy a puppy. My mother got one from them 2 month ago had pleasant experience.. dogs are registered and have all news. Documents about the breeders.. They put love and caring into selling their dogs.. I visited twice while trying to look at pups. I recommend if your looking to buy a puppy this iis the place.

The puppies here are adorable! Good luck trying to leave without one... prices are around 2K per puppy with lots of health guarantees. Call ahead to reserve a space in line to play with a couple. Be patient because new breeds come in all of the time. Most of all, be thoughtful in your decision to invest in a puppy.

The place is clean and smells good. If a puppy pees or poops they clean both puppy and crib right away. The puppies look true to breed standard and are so cute! One dog seemed as if it had kennel cough, but that is treatable with medicine. The issue is the staff. They seem to be more concerned with each other like, what happened last night, rather than the customers. I've visited this place twice to make sure it wasn't just a one day thing, but sure enough they were at it again talking away and ignoring me again. I was able to ask one question about one puppy before they went back to chatting away. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase a puppy, because of all of the talking. I love customer service and if I'm paying well over $2,000.00 for a puppy, it is a MUST!

I come in here every few months to see the puppies and look around. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The place is clean and always pretty busy when I go. The prices for the puppies are a bit high in my opinion, but if you are buying from reputable breeders, I guess it kind of makes sense. They let you hold and play with the pups with no problem and I really appreciate that. The place smells clean and has good variety of dog toys and accessories.

Not a fan of pet stores and puppy mill puppies when thousands die every week in the US in shelters.  My kids wanted to see the puppies so we went in and it was a 25 minute wait to even see a puppy.   The staff didn't greet us or acknowledge us until we asked them a question after about 10 minutes in the store.  They were nice just not very attentive.
