I'm not impressed with their grooming service. I paid for the basic bath package which comes with an, "Oxygen-Infused Bath, Tangerine Shampoo, Blow Dry, Up to 15-Minute Brushing, Sanitary Trim, Nail Trim, Ear Cleaning or Flushing, Anal Gland Cleaning, Scissoring Feet & Shaving Pads". I know they didn't shave my dogs pads and I've since had to do it myself to keep him from tracking in mud and snow (he's pretty fuzzy), and I know they didn't clean his ears and now had an ear infection I've had to pay for as a result of water from the bath being left in his ear. I will say the staff was very friendly, but I can't think too well of them for skipping services they were paid to do. I won't be so naive in assuming a groomer actually does their job in the future. If I can find somewhere else, then I won't be going back.

I love the workers and the good discounts on cat food, but the fish quality is inferior and the store is extremely dirty. Your guppies & otocinclus gave our tank anchor worm and bacterial infections. Unfortunately from now on we'll get fish from either Jay's or drive down to Ogden to Petco. Sorry Petsmart, we gave you too many chances.

It seems to be that every time I go to Petsmart it keeps getting crappier and even more crappier. Especially lately. The service sucks soooo.. Bad and seems like everyone there except a kid that works there is just there for a paycheck. Everyone is always in a bad mood. Like, a couple of weeks ago I wanted to hurry and go in to get my lizard some meal worms before I went to work. You world think this would take about 5-10 minutes, but no this took 45mins. Why? Because every freakin time they never have meal worms or barley any crickets and my lizard doesn't like the wax worms as much. Not to mention they have to charge me for the wax worms because oh yeah that's right they don't have the meal worms and the meal worms are cheaper. Anyways, I go up to the register and it's freakin packed! And these two girls are just talking there for a good 15mins until the guy ahead said, "can I buy this already?". Then the lady was all oh yeah sorry and finally got the line going. Noy sure what is going on with the management or anything, but good god this place really needs to change. I hate going in and waiting forever and finding out that I have to be charged almost double the price and everything I have said

We take our dogs to Emily W. in the grooming department and she does an AMAZING job with them. She is very professional and you can tell she really cares about the animals. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs pet grooming services.
