I didn't purchase any items from the actual store. However, I took my little Roxie dog in to get her nails trimmed since the local place here does not do it anymore I had to find somewhere new. The worker that did the nail trimming was very professional and very patient my dog absolutely hates getting her nails trimmed and hates the grinder even more so she fights the hell out of the girl and was so nervous that she kept farting right in the workers face! And they stunk! The worker was very patient and professional in dealing with that issue, I was very impressed and definitely will be going back. During the process of getting her nails trimmed I walked around the store and looked at dog treats and dog food I definitely can find other places to get these items cheaper and to get the brands that I use but I would highly recommend this establishment for your dog grooming needs! Thanks Kailie! And everyone please remember to tip your dog groomer!

Good I got a lot of my pets there just think they have to many pets to handle I got my iguana there and he is doing great !

Was very disappointed and saddened to see the condition that most of the reptiles are kept in, especially the crested geckos and the leopard geckos. The leopard geckos were EXTREMELY thin. The humidity level in their tank was somewhere around 30% - they require 50% humidity. They were being kept on calcium sand which can become fatal to them if ingested, especially at the VERY young age they all appeared to have been. I'm highly disappointed that a location would keep animals in such poor care. I very strongly urge the employees who care for them to do some research about each of the animals kept there, as they are obviously not being taught the correct care information/directions. I understand to some extent that they can't be constantly looked after as there is a large store to care for, but there are very, very simple things that can be done in order to make sure these animals are happy and healthy while in the care of Petco. Please, please try harder for the sake of these poor reptiles!

I come to this Petco a lot because I have a handful of animals and I like to purchase toys and other supplies from this store. But the most recent time being here, I noticed their Green Tree Python enclosure. I am very very disappointed. We all know Petco isn't the best when it comes to caring for animals, but this has reached a new low. The tank that they had this python in was not nearly big enough. The "perches" they provided are not what they should be. On many occasions, I witness these poor animals being mistreated. I will say, they have very kind workers there but not all of them are educated. Petco.... Step up your game.
