Huge one stop shopping for your pet. Prices are average, not the cheapest not the highest. Staff is as friendly as time and duty permits. Banfield pet hospitals inside is a nice addition to the grooming and classes offered.

I just brought our 4-mos. old doodle puppy in for his first bath/grooming. He loved it and the grooming tech made it a great experience. I purchased the Puppy Guide Book for $20 that day - it's so worth it! Free bag of premium puppy food, free first bath/groom and a consult with the Banfield Vet (which we are scheduled for). On top of that every employee I met was very helpful in guiding a new pet owner through the expansive aisles to explain the options/product differences - thank you for going above my expectations!

They have a dog trainer named Liam who has little to no experience and a very bad attitude with customers and rather than deal with a customer will tell them to go get a refund and leave because he will not answer a question about how much experience he has his comment is he has life experience so he should experience life without a job there but as far as the management there there is a girl assistant manager who helped me and she was very nice and kind and helpful so other people in the store were very nice but their dog trainer needs to find a different job and learn how to deal with customers if you fire him I will give you a 5-star rating
