I was the west end returning leggings that were see through. The employee, Jeff, immediately after I told him I needed to do a return began to have an uninviting attitude. After denying the return for no reason (the leggings were brand new never worn) I watched him get an immediate attitude with the customer behind me that was also doing a return. He kept prying her and had a horrible attitude toward Her because she was simply going a return. He clearly didn't have good customer service experience. I won't be going back to this location. I ended up having to drive 20 min to another lulu lemon and they happily did an exchange for me. They even made sure they were the right size.

Friendly Staff. Clean Establishment. High End Products.  Expensive but worth it for comfort and appearance.  Overall Great store to check out :)
