The store in St. Louis provided excellent customer service. They really took the time to help me make the right decisions. I’m extreme pleased with how I was treated. I will make this my go to men’s clothing store for the future

One of the managers was kind of a prick telling me I had to get longer sleaves because I was exchanging a shirt w a blown elbow. However, other employees have been good. Its always been quiet in the store, which is nice especially for a store associate that isn't rushed. Recently, I ordered shirts online, and made some returns and exchange at the store easy. One the shirts the store didn't have in stock and they shipped it to me which was slick and easy.

Terrible customer service and incredibly rude. We exchanged two shirts for the exact same shirts in a different size and they tried to charge $30. Once asked about the charge, they said "they can't control what the system does" and could not understand why we would expect the value of the shirts to be equal, and began raising their voice with us. They were defensive trying to explain how we couldn't understand their system and the manager acted completely inappropriate and confrontational.

I’ll try to make this brief:
Bought 8 suits in August for my groomsmen father and father in-law. 
3 of the groomsmen were over measured nearly 3 sizes too big. (Needed 42s measures at 45&46!!)
My fathers suit was lost 1day before wedding. 
A groomsman wasn’t given his vest 
Manager left his job in the middle of the process and no one picked up the responsibility. I had to literally manage the entire thing myself. No one got calls when tailor was finished. 
When they first botched the sizing they told me my groomsmen would get discounts on tailoring. Never happened. I worked directly with the manager through the whole process and they constantly dropped the ball. 
On one occasion a groomsman came in to get their suit tailored, at which point the gentleman working the floor said “I’m too busy, can you come back in 45 minutes?”

Very disappointing. Fortunately I kept constant tabs on the process otherwise our wedding would’ve been jeans and TShirts. 2 stars instead of one because the actual suits were good price and good quality. Service was dismal!
