Goodbye goodbye on outdoor furniture cushions didn't think at first I would come across but bought out the store pretty much at Home Depot in St Louis Park

I'm on my third trip to buy a screen door. First trip I needed to order a measurement. Returned the second time and they couldn't find the measurement. Now I've waited 20 minutes to talk to someone to see if they have the measurement in the system. There is one person on duty in doors and windows helping a couple with what looks to be a complex order. No one else in the store can help me apparently, except for one guy who went to dinner. The fellow that is working in this department is nice enough. This is a management issue. To the store GM: you may have your labor costs under control but you are torturing your customers. Disorganized and understaffed, Home Depot never fails to dissapoint. After this I hope I'm cured of this mediocrity.

The people in the lumber dept here are very nice, but very incompetent. I've been waiting for an hour to get a 2 x 8 cut twice. I live in an apartment or would do it myself. Several people have told me they're going to find someone to help me but then they never come back. This is the second time this has happened in the last couple months. At least there's plenty of time for me to catch up on work.

I needed to find something to use to secure our new bookshelf to a concrete wall. George, the sales associate I spoke with, was very knowledgeable and immediately helpful in assisting me. He provided me with the tools to use, as well as instructions for when I got home. I would not have been able to determine my specific needs without him!
