Rented a rug cleaner from here twice in the same day because the first rug cleaner I took home, the seal was broken on the flow indicator and water was shooting out of the machine. Called the tech listed on the machine and she told me to take it back. so I brought it back, and the cashier swapped it out for another. When I brought the 2nd one back the very next day, i was told I have to pay a cleaning fee of 20$. I was never told of a cleaning fee when I rented it nor the requirement of washing down the machine myself, especially after the fact that the machine wasn't clean to begin with. It had dog hair all over the bottom and dirty water was leaking from it All over my car on the way home to use it. The manager kept refering to the fact that it had just been serviced that week and he can't take it back as is. However if that was the case i wouldn't have received a broken machine to begin with. I use to come here often but unfortunately I won't anymore.

Okay, the Banfield Pet Hospital returned my dog to me with his feet soaked in his own urine after he had a drop off appointment. They could've at least used wipes to clean him. The front desk person didn't give me any paperwork on what was done during his appointment or a receipt. Will not be returning to this location.

This place is dirty in every way. The service inside is eegs, but Bandfield hospital kind of scares me. I'm taking my dog out of the insurance program or whatever it is.

I go here every two months to get my 2 y.o. Maltese groomed. They've always done a really good job (better than other Petsmart grooming places I've been to) and they rarely charge extra on top of the $40 base price so long as you let them use clippers. Sam, my dog, also always ends up with cute little bows in her hair and some times even a bandana.
They also have good sales for toys and costumes and outfits, but they tend  to run out quickly.

Well unfortunately it is no longer Pet smart it is now Five Below
