The staff here is so friendly. I just adopted a 7 months old toy poodle and had a hard time choosing the brand of food for him. Got a lot of advise about price and quality of different brands. They have sales going on once in a while so check every weekend or so if you're not too loyal to a typical brand.

I love coming to Petco. Everyone is always helping. Especially a guy name Jake, I recently started a fish 🐠🐟aquarium and from the water 💦testing all the way to the fish he has guided me through. If you have any questions ❓❓about the fish or anything he is the guy to ask for! Very knowledgeable.👌🏼 I can say that I always have a great experience when I step on this store. Keep doing a great job Jake!! 👍🏼💯💯 and thanks 🙏🏼for all your help!!

Staff was awesome in helping me getting a exchange without a receipt, I tried something with another store recently they said will not be possible without a receipt although they went forward pulling it off from the system, this one though she did a store exchange, fast and effective love it.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The two people working did not even acknowledge that we were there at all after we said we needed help looking for something 😡

I have to admit first off I am a bit biased, as I worked for Petsmart for two years while I was in college. However this store is small and cramped. It was an easy stop on my way home from work, so I thought I'd just run in and be able to find the same stuff that I usually get at Petsmart...but that wasn't the case. They didn't even have the brand of treats I use. Picky, yes, but so is my cat.
Whatever the case the staff was really friendly but I doubt I'll return again.
