I haven't shared this on a review but to this day it still angers and upsets. About a year and a half ago or so I took my dog up to get groomed here. I was waiting behind a man who had brought two dogs in. There was a groomer shaving a dog on a table. Instead of taking him down and attaching him to the floor she left him on the table attached to the table. And started taking care of the man in front of me. I kept watching this dog on the table afraid he might jump and hang himself. I was so furious I was almost in tears. They are trained not to leave dogs on the table. That's how dogs die or injury themselves. So I walk out with my dog to find a manager. The salon manager wasn't there. So they directed me to another manager. I told him what was going on and he I kid you not looked at me and said SO???. So at this point I was beyond furious trying to keep my cool. I finally found the same associate I had been talking to and told her he just said so. She was just as upset as i was and she got another lady who might have been a manager or a supervisor. And she was upset. She told me that that groomer had already been in trouble for doing that and they aren't suppose to do that so they both personally walked me back their to this groomer. And asked her what happened and why ideas upset. She denied it. So I had been trying to not say anything because I wanted to be polite as possible. But I looked straight at her i told her I was standing behind the man and watched you do it. Then she finally admitted it and said she was sorry. But sorry doesn't fix a dead or injured dog. I have never been back here and tell everyone I know not to bring there dogs there anymore. And they don't. Accidents happen but this was pure laziness.

I had the ferminator treatment done to my golden retriever and they did the best job!!!! She was shedding SO bad but now sheds a normal amount. I'm so glad I took a chance on having it done! It wasn't cheap but was worth every penny!!!

Thay are wonderful would not take mine any where's else those groomers really care well the whole store cares. Our 2 yorkies love to go there thay give them kisses and kisses.

Pet smart is a great place to take my dog. The people are so friendly and they take such great care of my dog.

If you are looking train your dog somewhere, do not come here. The trainer here is very abusive to dogs and will teach you to hit your dog really hard, and to choke your dog with their leash. She will also hit your dog on her own, without permission. The Petco in Sherman has much better trainers and facilities.
