We just recently brought home our second puppy from Petland Frisco. Most of the people here are very sweet and accommodating. For us, it was Maria that helped us find our perfect puppy. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful in the best way possible. Thank you for everything, you're the best!

FYI to anyone purchasing a dog from a pet store (ESPECIALLY Petland): these dogs are from puppy mills, not “responsible breeders” as the salespeople claim. As many reviewers have stated, the puppies are sick, are taken from their moms when they are way too young, and pumped with medication. 

If you’re not familiar with puppy mills, a quick google search will show you the horrific conditions these poor souls come from and the horrific conditions their parents STILL live in. Please do not support this cruel industry - adopt a puppy! If you must get a certain breed, go through an actual responsible breeder, NOT a pet store. You will know they’re responsible if they allow you to meet the puppy’s mom and dad and see their living conditions, do NOT have puppies readily available (they only breed when there is demand) and allow you to return the dog should you need to.

These guys are great all the people that work here truly have a love for animals! Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional! ! Vicky is the best not only does she know her stuff but also is an avid pet lover! Cute little petshop.

We got a new puppy for Christmas and he is chewing on everything!  We stopped by Petland in Frisco and spoke with the dog trainer, Aaron.  He gave us a few tips and we already see improvement!  So helpful! I'm going to adjust the budget so we can sign up for training!

We bought a puppy here and the package came with puppy training for life. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so happy with it. Aaron the trainer is a blessing and a miracle worker. He's so knowledgeable and great with our puppy. Our puppy picked up everything so quickly and Aaron gave us exercises to do at home to work with our puppy. He answered every question we had and is an overall amazing person. Our puppy was so excited to see him every saturday! It's definitely bittersweet that our pup graduated but we will definitely be coming back to petland and make sure we stop in and see him.
