The store is clean and well stocked which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 stars. My low rating is for the grooming section. They decided my dog didn't need her nails ground because they would naturally be ground on her walk, even though I requested it, they didn't even bother to trim her nails. She's a medium size, short hair dog, we basically only go to the groomer for her nails as her bath is easily taken care of at home. We do all our exercise/play on grass, there's a reason we were willing to pay for the service.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I submitted all required documents when the appointment was made. On the day of the appointment I was told to submit the documents because no one recorded them. I reminded them that the person who made the appointment completed a checklist from the documents I produced before making the appointment. I saw her enter the information. Poor customer service and poor service to pets.

If I could give them no stars I would. The young ladies in the grooming department are extremely nasty. They aren’t friendly at all. They all have an attitude as if your business isn’t want or needed. I will never visit this location again.

The workers my spouse and I came across was nice and pleasant. The store was always clean and neat when we would go to the store. Best of all you can bring your animal inside with you. Great prices on items.

The grooming staff are very rude. They ignore the posted times. And their phone etiquette is sorely lacking. Don't subject your pets to their behavior. There are plenty of worthy groomers nearby.
