Just naturals ingredients in our home style cooking coming straight from our opened kitchen to your tables; everything on menu can be to go @ Phở & Baguette. Fresh mini baguette baked onsite through out the day. Viet style ice coffee. Choices of vegetarian for spring rolls, eggrolls, phở, baguettes, jasmine rice with sauteed tofu; xíu mại baguette. This is the best Pho in the area by far! (My last visit I even heard a patron say the same exact thing regarding their Vietnamese Baguette sandwiches)- so they are doing something right. The service is prompt, the food is amazing, and the owners are great! The wife has only taken Christmas off for the past four years! The husband, a Vietnam Vet, supports her and business fully- and they share their love of the food through the flavor you receive!

Some people say that the owner is pushy and rude. This not true. She is very nice. It's just a cultural misunderstanding.

No. Starve if you must. There are nearby gas stations if everything else nearby is closed. There is nothing Vietnamese about the food served here, but aside from that the vegetables in the subs are far from fresh, the chicken and pork have been both died on some pink like coloring, only god knows why. Also apparently ordering a sub WITHOUT jalapeños means add lots of jalapeños. Last but not least beware of the staff making suggestions to add things to your order without letting you know the prices and for some reason we weren't even given a receipt of whatever we ate.

Having experienced Pho before I was very excited to tame a cold and take in the local broth. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Though the basil, sprouts and limes were very fresh the broth itself was a tad bland, the meat looking and tasting rather processed. Other locals claim everything is made fresh and I had hoped so however this meal didn’t appear that way. My daughter had the kids teriyaki that was unappealing. She took one small bite and stuck to the rice. I will be back to try something else, however the Combo Pho was not a favourite.
