Taco Time is one of the better fast food choices in the northwest. The fit hit bowl is one of a couple vegan options (get some extra salsa) and the fish tacos are pretty good. The menu is surprisingly large and many of the items come with choices of meat, etc. And their rewards program, through a mobile app, is pretty good. This particular location, in Tumwater, is located in a high traffic area. But the restaurant is well-managed, clean, and the crew is usually on-the-ball.

Yikes their food just gets worse and worse, they take away the healthier choices and I always get served either over or under cooked food every time. I give up... How can a chrispy chicken burrito be burned on the ends and still cold in the middle?!? Gross.

There's a lot going on at this location.  Slow service was due to a great deal of visible inefficiency in the kitchen.  
The cleanliness of the establishment was very poor.  Dirty floor, dirty countertop and shelves where food and utensils were placed looked like they needed some cleanliness
I observed the fry station attendant repeatedly handle the food directly plucking it out of the tray and filling the cardboard food box, and his choice of using gloves obviously was optional.  (Joshua?)
The fry station freezer door wasn't a door as it was off the hinges and leaning from floor to the appliance, (filthy floor too) so anything in the freezer wasn't being kept at preferred temperature.
The assembly lines had filthy stations and the team members were used to skipping the gloves while handling the food, but wouldn't matter anyway as there were a couple of them who repeatedly preened their hair and face.
The wash station in the back was high with dishes and the member was wiping down the trays with an apparent dirty cleanup rag.
The front counter attendant wasn't attending well as she was repeatedly back on the line plating customer meals and delivering them.
As for my meal it was on the prep countertop for some time waiting for assembly.  I ordered fish soft taco and mexi-fries.  Cold fries been out of the fryer for at least 5 minutes prior to being boxed and placed under the heat station above the prep line.
In general, I believe that this location was understaffed, lacking training for the team members, and had a health inspector walked into the establishment, it would have received a dismal rating.

This was the worst service ever! Completely got our order wrong from the drinks to the actual meal! We had to turn around, wait longer to get the correct order. ZERO Stars!!
