The staff here that I saw and communicated with were probably the friendliest and most competent of the fast food places I've been to. As someone who's been working in fast food for almost 5 years, I can tell this staff was well put together. No one seemed rude or uncaring, they had enough humor in their tone, and made eye contact, which shouldn't mean a lot but it does when we put such low expectations on food service employees. As I was eating I heard them joking a bit and laughing in the back, while still firing out orders in perfect time, which shows solid teamwork. The lobby was clean and well stocked. My food came out correct, which also shouldn't mean much but I'm picky and a vegetarian, and places often get my order wrong. Immediately when I walked in, I was surprised because I was greeted with "Welcome to Taco Bell". Not once in my many visits to Taco Bells all over the country have I ever been greeted. I wish I had caught my cashier's name, because that guy deserves a raise.

I got the cravings deal and got the wrong burrito, it was suppose to be a beefy 5layer burrito instead it was a bean and cheese burrito. The cheee smelled rotten like if it was sitting in the refrigerator for a long time. And when I asked for a lot of sauce he only gave me a pinch.

Went through drive through to order some late night dinner, and asked for the off menu item Incredible Hulk, (a beefy five layer with guac). My issue with the service was not in that he did not know what I meant, it has been a while since that was a popular thing, but the window attendant was a complete jerk about it and really dismissive. I even tried to explain what I was talking about and he was just really dismissive. The only reason this isn't a one star review is that I did get my food and though he mumbled under his breath a lot, as far as I could tell he did not cuss me. Either way however, I understand that it is taco bell, and that this is the fast food industry, but show a little decorum when dealing with customers. I did it for nearly 3 years at Papa Johns, and was much nicer to people who were actively trying to rip the store off, and me.

This is the best taco bell in the immediate area. They're fast, rarely make mistakes, and are quick to fix any they do make. They also have the fastest dine-in, since they don't ignore the inside customers for the sake of drive through.

I really like using the eatable salad shells. When I ordered 4 They made them fresh for me. I really appreciated that.
