Only reason for 2 stars is because you can look at a ton of bikes to see what you like then go somewhere else where they aren’t so rude and prices aren’t so high to buy it. 
They are really really high on their bikes.  They do have quality bikes, but comparatively to other shops, they are over priced, way over priced. 
Maybe I just had a rude person who had a bad day, and doesn’t represent the company well, but unless I’m looking for A/C and out of water when  I’m on on the trial, I won’t be buying anything there, couldn’t afford it. 
If you want a good deal and AWESOME customer service, go see Mark Cox at Blues Bike Company in Joplin on Main Street, he is a good dude and will take care of you after the sell.

Great price in 24 hr rental full suspension aluminum 27.5” plus bike. No carbon available😩. Poured me a beer when I paid for rental😁 
Great selection of gear.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff! Gave great trail recommendations and a couple of the staff jumped in to help me change a tire trail side when they happened to be riding by. Much appreciated!

Dropped off my bike for a brake bleed, the told me it would be ready the next morning. They sent me a text 30 minutes later telling me that my bike was ready. Awesome shop

This place is great. I have used Bentonville and Springdale locations. They are good at their job but also fairly priced and honest. Recently took some bikes for tune up found no issues no charge. Some places "find" issues to make $$$$ they didn't.
