Grant (Store Manager) has been very helpful everyone time I have came into the store. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure my bike is well taken care of. Any questions I have he is always happy to answer. I highly highly recommended this location out of all the Phat Tires in NWA!!!

Excellent Service ! The mechanic went well above and beyond to inspect and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge. Because of this, Phat Tire Bicycles
has a earned a customer for life.

Excellent service , great selection of custom cycles and every imaginable , obscure or impossible to find part . Fast friendly service from knowledgeable helpful staff . Not the cheapest for some items but definitely the best value you could ask for . Conveniently located on the bike trail in downtown Springdale .
