Been around a long time and have seen it all. Excellent shop for bikes and service! Whatever part you need, they probably have it!

They have some good stuff, but their smug attitudes aren't one of them. First visit, dude (owner) straight up lied to me multiple times thinking I wouldn't know any better, as I don't look like the type that would know better.  Problem was I had been doing my homework for weeks before stepping into the store. Then the literally looking down his nose when I asked questions that showed I knew better. Also a friend went in to buy a helmet, and they never bothered to even say hello in 10 minutes, and there were no other customers in the store. My experience was in the Fayetteville store, my friends was in the Rogers store. Lastly, Fayettevile store still has Trek/Schwinn sign above their door, and they have not had to brands in 10+ years. Really demonstrates the LAZY entitled attitude.

Passing through Fayetteville and wanted to look for a mountain bike. When I called this shop to ask about used bikes and any that might be in my budget the employee just hung up on me!!! Guess my bank account wasn't big enough for them!!
