Mike DiBello from Phil DiBello Family Roofing provided the estimate for our roof, which covers about 4400 sq. ft.  He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, provided alternative products and suggestions, and answered all of our questions during his visit. My wife and I really appreciated his low key, no-pressure approach in dealing with us. His written estimate arrived via e-mail within hours of his visit, and was significantly lower than his closest apples-to-apples competitor. Unlike all of his competitors, he was happy to accept payment via credit card without any additional fee attached.  

The day before the roof was replaced the shingles where delivered and placed on the roof.  The next day a crew of about eight men arrived and removed the old roof.  We decided to replace 4 skylights that were found to be in poorer condition than anticipated, and that last minute decision was rapidly accommodated.  Despite this additional project, the new roof was completely installed in about 10 hrs.  This included a rather thorough clean up at the end of the day.  The entire crew was very pleasant, and all appeared to be well trained.  The Forman was particularly attentive, and without reminder, addressed requests that I made previously to Mike.  Needless to say, we were very pleased with the job when completed.  

Several days later after the weather cleared, a second crew arrived and installed new gutters.  Again, the crew was pleasant, well trained, and very efficient.  

During the main job, the roof was found to need many more replacement plywood sheets than anticipated, and Mike volunteered to work with us on the additional cost.  We were not disappointed. Overall, we could not be happier with the end result.  DiBello Roofing provided quality materials, a talented and flexible installation crew, and a very competitive price!

We love the new roof that you put on our house and have received many compliments on it from our neighbors. We also marvel at the efficiency and craftsmanship of  your team in doing the job. Your crew worked well together and smoothly finished the job in just six or seven hours—with the dumpster being skillfully removed from the front of our house within hours of the roofing job being completed. In fact  all of the DiBello employees that we have encountered ( your office staff,  the sales person, the crew, etc) proved to be friendly, polite, efficient, and very good at what they do, and each and everyone of them are a credit to DiBella Family Roofing.

My wife and I would be remiss, if we did not also acknowledge what a pleasure it was dealing with Mike DiBello personally.  We thoroughly enjoyed our casual conversations with him and truly appreciate his friendly “no pressure” presentation on the features, prices, and procedures related to buying a new roof.  After meeting with Mike there was no question that we would be dealing with his company;  for his professional demeanor, friendly ways, and obvious roofing expertise gave us a very positive feeling about  him as a person and great confidence in Phil DiBello Family Roofing. As it turns out, our confidence was well founded,  for very, very, very pleased with our gorgeous new roof.

Working with DiBello roofing has been a solid experience, and I've been very happy with the professionalism, expediency, pricing, and quality of work. They were very accommodating with a somewhat oddball request I had as well -- I asked if they could take some areas of the roof decking off so I could get in and insulate some walls and floors that would otherwise be very difficult to access from inside my home. The crew accommodated my request and worked around me, and they still managed to do the entire roof job start-to-finish in just 1 day.

Very fairly priced and did great quality on my roof. I would recommend to a friend or family. It is also worth mentioning they got the job done quick too.

My experience with Di Bello roofing was very good from start to finish.  My wife and I are satisfied customers and have recommended them to several friends/neighbors.  We were referred to them by a friend who used them a few years prior.  The salesman/project mgr showed up on time to do the estimate.  He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out several things about the job that other companies giving me quotes did not do.  The price we got was very competitive so we decided to move forward with them doing the job.  The crew arrived as scheduled and completed their work on time.  They were all very polite and worked hard.  They left the work area clean.  A few weeks after the work was done we had the first heavy rain storm and noticed a small leak in one of the skylights on the roof.  DiBello customer service was responsive, immediately scheduling someone to come out to repair the leak.  It actually took 2 tries to fix it but they stayed with it till it was done.  We are very happy customers and recommend them without hesitation.
